勸轉

(勸轉, 劝转)

The second, or exhortation turn of the Buddha's wheel, v. [lang id =1028]三轉法輪, men must know the meaning and cause of suffering, cut off its accumulation, realize that it may be extinguished, and follow the eightfold path to attainment.
